Farm is fastley becoming one of the most popular carp fisheries in the
Leicestershire area. With three pools to choice from and each setting different
challenges. Moby pool is a specimen pool. Trotters
is typical of many commercial fisheries and Gils is a
pasty size carp pool. The whole complex holds some 117 pegs over the three
pools.
Species include:
Carp, Tench, Skimmers, Golden Tench, Roach, Rudd and Crusians.
Facilities:
Parking, Cafe, Toilets and a caravan park.
Bans:
Keepnets can be used, but must be emptied every four hours and no fish over 3lb can be retained except in matches. A very stricked BARBLESS HOOKS ONLY POLICY IS ENFORCED (No Micro or Pinched barbs allowed).
Best Baits:
The only baits permitted are maggots/casters, meat, corn, worms and hemp seed (Note: No crushed or liquidized baits).
Day Tickets:
£6 adults, £4 concessions and there is now an annual membership card which is £60.

The Right Route:
From junction 20 of the M1 take the A426 towards Lutterworth. Four miles past Lutterworth on the A426 there is a garage on your right hand side and 500mtr. past are traffic lights at a cross road. Turn right here and follow the road through Ashby Magna village and the fishery is only 1/2 mile further on.
